India Mercy Homes

March 11, 2015

While this was a process that took months to complete, it became clear over time that God had led us to these precious kids.    The two Mercy Homes consist of one home for girls, and one home for boys. The following post is from Melissa Willmarth, a friend, Name Changer Sponsor, and previous Sierra Leone team member with 25. After returning from her second experience in Sierra Leone, Melissa wrote the following… “I first met and sponsored Sorie and Abass during my first trip to Sierra Leone with the 25 Project on their February 2013 mission team.  It is hard to describe the joy of seeing both of these boys again this year when I returned.  My heart skipped when I…

In the passage God was at work…He was working…

The first book Ibrahim could call his own…

February 28, 2014

Of all the experiences I could share after returning a couple weeks ago from Sierra Leone with the 25 Project, here is one unforgettable memory from my time there. Upon the boys’ arrival at the Hope Center for camp the first day, I was looking for a few boys I was more familiar with because of stories I have heard from my husband, Kent, or the fact that I have family and friends who sponsor them through the 25 Project’s…
